Labelling antibodies preparation
dSTORM requires specific dyes attached to antibodies, and while vendors have a large choice of conjugated antibodies, you may not be able to find the one you are looking for.
The good news is that those same vendors are now proposing labelling kit, which are very easy to use and very fast (20min for some).
