Function: ROI

The ROI function allows cropping a smaller area for imaging and recording:
  1. Draw ROI: draw to select the area (rectangle).
  2. Clear ROI: clear the current selection.

Instructions

  1. Click on ROI to expand the tab.
  2. Click on Draw ROI and draw a rectangle on either of the channels for cropping;

  3. Click on Draw ROI again to activate the selection:

  4. Click on Clear ROI to clear the current selection.

Discussions

  1. The entire field of view is fully illuminated regardless of the selection.
