Laser Control

Light Control:
  1. A and Ballow to have 2 global laser configurations. For example, put lower power in A for preview and put higher power in B for imaging.
  2. Laser Tabturn on/off the laser. The laser is on when the tab is light  and is off when the tab is dark . You can then use the slider to increase/decrease the laser power. The laser power percentage is shown in the box in % while the laser power reading (at the objective) is shown below the box in mW:
  3. Transilluminationturn on/off the LEDs for transillumination at three different wavelengths (465 nm, 520 nm, and 620 nm). You can then use the slider to increase/decrease the LED power (not supported or disabled in some systems). The LED is on when the tab is light  and is off when the tab is dark .
  4. Programcreate/load a light program for automated acquisition of a single FOV. For more details, check here.
  5. Focus Laserturn on/off the focus laser. The focus laser is on when the tab is light  and is off when the tab is dark .
  6. Disable Lasers/Enable Active Lasersallow to turn on/off all the four imaging lasers at once (similar to safety switch).
  7. Enable Light Programactivate the light program for image acquisition. If the camera is on, the light program will be triggered immediately. If the camera is off, the light program will be only triggered after the camera is turned on (e.g. start an acquisition). For more details on how to use the light program, click on the exclamation button .
