Optical Control / TIRF

Optical Control:

  1. Target: set the target illumination angle. Hover around the target angle box to show the angle range of the illumination:
  2. Current: show the illumination angle feedback in real-time. For more details on finding the correct TIRF angle, check here.
  3. Reinitialize: reinitialize the illumination stage and move it to its origin (0).
  4. Engage 3D Lens: engage/disengage the 3D lens for 3D imaging. For more details, check here.
  5. Enable Confocal: enable/disable confocal. For more details, check here.
